Interactive Canapés
Included with the Relaxed Dinner Party are interactive canapés to compeiment your aperitifs’. Chef Rouse will introduce himself and entertain your guests with some truly spectacular canapés, which involve your guests following informative guides from Chef Rouse on how they are created, and should be consumed!
The canapés are a nice way to begin a culinary journey of the meal ahead. Chef Rouse will design the canapés to agree with your bespoke menu, to give you an idea of some of the items that could be included:
- BLT Sandwich – the bacon is a cream, the tomato a jelly and the lettuce a foam…. but how, and why?!
- Eggs Benedict – one bite and its gone, it’s a classic like you’ve never imagined before!
- Pumpkin Soup – hot and cold – a mind puzzling experience that is just lovely!
- Salmon Mi Cuit – has the appearance of sushi, but its cooked, tender and moist….
