Foam Masterclass
Part of the added interaction of the Dinner Party Showcase is a masterclass from Chef Rouse.
This is a hands-on, responsive lesson on a common mystery of fine dining.
In the masterclass Chef Rouse presents you with an array of foams to complement your aperitifs’ before the meal, explaining exactly how they are done. He will go through the reasons why they work in a culinary sense, as well as the effect they have on you from a dining aspect.
This is a great fun filled and action packed masterclass, with some real wow-factor and excitement.
Throughout the masterclass Chef Rouse will be detailed in how each part is made, and so leaving you with the culinary know-how to be able to replicate the finished articles in the future.
