- Chef Rouse to supply all ingredients, locally sourced, in season and of the highest quality.

- Personalised waiter service from Chef Rouse.
- Matching wines to be supplied by Chef Rouse.
- Crockery, cutlery and glassware to be supplied by client.
- High quality cuisine served at a 2 Michelin Star Standard.
- Coffee service to be supplied by the client, and served by Chef Rouse
- Chef Rouse will depart upon serving the final course leaving your kitchen clean and tidy and you to enjoy the remainder of your evening. All equipment to be collected the next day.
